1. Fuel management

2. Management of engine oil, hydraulic oil and gear oil
Do not mix oils of different brands and grades; ensure that the oil is clean and avoid mixing of debris (water, dust, particles, etc.); use oils of different labels according to the ambient temperature and use, and use high-viscosity motor oils if the ambient temperature is high When the ambient temperature is low, use oil with a relatively low viscosity; the viscosity of the gear oil is larger to comply with the larger transmission load; the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is smaller, the purpose is to increase the resistance of the liquid activity.
3. Management of smooth grease
Smooth grease can reduce the wear of sports appearance. When storing smooth grease, it should be noted that dust, sand, water and other impurities should not be mixed; when filling, the old oil should be squeezed out and wiped clean to avoid sand adhesion.
4. Maintenance of filter element
The filter element plays the role of filtering impurities in the oil or gas path, preventing impurities from intruding into parts and causing failure; use a filter element suitable for the machine; various filter elements should be replaced regularly in accordance with the requirements of the (Operation and Maintenance Manual). Check whether there is metal attached to the old filter element. If metal particles are found, they should be cleaned in time.
